Silverford Renewables do not offer a wind measuring/monitoring service in Northern Ireland (NI) - instead we rely on a third party company to supply, install and measure your site, which gives you the customer an independent, totally unbiased, evaluation of your potential wind turbine site.
To measure wind…you either do it right, or not at all!
The key to a successful wind station is to use the correct mast height, utilising calibrated/certified measuring equipment, with a third party data report at the end of measured period. Simple cheap DIY wind kits are not recommended.
